What does "Made in" stand for?

Mike and his colleagues Benedetto Cannatelli from Catholic University in Milan and Simona Stan at the University of Montana published their article entitled "Buying Genuine Montana", based on the research grant to study the success of the "Made in Italy" designation. The article makes the case that, like Made in Italy, the Made in Montana designation needs a bottom-up approach to boost brand meaning and value.
